This wiring harness is universally applicable. Since a wiring diagram is included with delivery, reconfiguration for other switch units, speedometers, tachometers, etc., is easily possible. The extensive BMW electrical system inside the headlight housing is eliminated, which is a great advantage, especially for custom front-end conversions. Nevertheless, the wiring harness also fits all two-valve models with a narrow tank tunnel. A new starter relay is included with all wiring harnesses.
The SE wiring harness completely replaces the BMW main wiring harness and is plug-and-play compatible with the connectors of the original BMW engine electrical system. The original BMW relays and the original BMW fuse box are no longer required. Only the turn signals and lights need to be connected individually.
You can use the SE cast aluminum handlebar switches or establish a connection to the original handlebar switches using the SE-60-20108-01-002 adapter (adapter cable only usable for Monolever models).

All wiring harnesses are delivered with a clear wiring diagram. This is helpful should you wish to make further modifications. The original BMW wire colors are generally used.
