With our fork service for BMW K-models, you receive a completely overhauled and technically well-tuned front fork. This service is suitable for classic BMW K75, K100, and K1100 models and is ideal if you want to restore the precise and reliable handling of your "Flying Brick."
You send us your removed front fork. In our suspension department, it is completely disassembled, cleaned, and carefully inspected. We measure the fork tubes and guides and check all relevant components for wear. If necessary, the stanchions are also professionally polished.
The fork is then rebuilt using high-quality oil seals and dust caps from All Balls Racing. The oil quantity, viscosity, and air gap are precisely adjusted so that the fork responds smoothly and operates reliably after the overhaul.
Scope of service:
- Disassembly of the front fork
- Cleaning and inspection of all fork parts
- Measurement of fork tubes and guides
- Polishing of stanchions if required
- Replacement of dust caps
- Replacement of fork oil seals
- Assembly with new sealing rings
- Adjustment of oil quantity and viscosity
- Setting of the appropriate air gap
