With our fork service for BMW 2-valve models, you will receive your removed front fork completely overhauled and technically fine-tuned. The service is suitable for classic BMW boxer models such as the R65, R80, and R100 and is ideal if you want to restore responsiveness, damping, and reliability to a high-quality level.
Upon arrival, the front fork is completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and checked for wear. Fork tubes and guides are measured, followed by reassembly with new seals, dust caps, and fork oil seals.
We use high-quality oil seals and dust caps from All Balls Racing. They are characterized by low breakaway torque, reduced friction, and multiple sealing lips. This allows the fork to respond more sensitively and operate reliably over the long term.

The fork is filled with Motorex Racing Fork Oil. Especially with classic BMW 2-valve forks with long guide lengths, high-quality fork oil can significantly improve responsiveness. Depending on the area of use, you can choose between different viscosities.
